The following list is
compiled for new and existing customers as a reminder of things you
need to bring with you when coming to our office.
What to bring to your tax
appointment:
· If this is your first year with us bring a copy of last years tax
return and copies of social security cards.
· Dates of birth for taxpayer, spouse and children
· W-2 forms, 1099’s and any other statements of income.
· Pension/retirement income
· Social Security income and Unemployment Compensation
· Child care expenses, educational or work related expenses
· Self-employed income and expenses
· College tuition payments

in organizing your paperwork.
What to bring when registering your out of state vehicle:
- The title to the vehicle or the
Certificate of Origin.
- You will need the security
interest filing (lien release) if the vehicle was financed and is
now paid.
- The Certificate of Origin must
have the odometer disclosure statement completed and notarized.
- The Bill of Sale.
- Your Pennsylvania Drivers
License.
- Proof of Pennsylvania insurance.
- The mileage on the vehicle.
- The individual whose name appears
on the front or back of the title must appear in our office.
- Bring the vehicle being
registered or a tracing of the Vin number.
- Trucks must also include gross
weight and empty weight.
- Your vehicle is exempt from Pa.
sales tax if the vehicle has been owned more than 6 months before
establishing residence in Pa.
- Inspection requirements: Newly
purchased vehicles or vehicles entering
Pa. require inspection within 10 days of receiving registration.
